The storied history of Adam & Eve dates back nearly 45 years when the company’s founders Phil Harvey and Dr. Timothy Black, became the leader in promoting birth control services through non-medical channels. The original mail order business provided family planning, health care and sex education materials to nine third world countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
